The questions include EXISTING PROCESS and ISO 20121 REQUIREMENT.
EXISTING PROCESS questions are asked as we are looking for systems already in place in your organisation that could be augmented to include the Sustainability-Specific requirements, rather than creating something new.
ISO 20121 REQUIREMENT questions will give you an insight into what will need to be created.
There is more to it than just these aspects that need creating. We will also need to work with you to identify how to implement the various procedures and processes that are being identified for development.
REQUIREMENTS come in three varieties:

• Procedures' and processes' existence, along with documentation of them.
• Evidence of the procedures and processes actually being enacted, thus documented evidence.
• The management system, policy, procedures, processes etc, being effective, and therefore the outcomes being documented as evidence of effectiveness.
