Ecological Sensitivity and Heritage Conservation

The site designs are done to take into account any ecologically sensitive areas or artifacts of heritage or cultural significance:

• We design our sites with consideration to the surroundings such as protecting water ways/bodies.
• Existing biodiversity of event sites is protected. This includes identifying sensitive flora and fauna and ensuring these areas are not disturbed.
• We protect sites of archeological or cultural interest.
• Flooring and trackway is installed to protect lawns and other venue surfaces.
• Trees, garden beds, fencing and any other maintained elements of the venues are protected from damage by crowd movement and interference.
