Meegan Jones
Meegan is an event professional (20 years) who provides sustainable solutions for live events and productions.  She is author of Sustainable Event Management: A Practical Guide, published by Earthscan. Meegan is currently sitting on the working group for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) events industry sector supplement. She is also the Australian head of delegation on the international working group for the development of ISO 20121 Events Sustainability Management Systems. Meegan is President of the Sustainable Event Alliance – www.sustainable-event-alliance.com. Recent credits include; Sustainability Manager for Festival Republic, Global Greening Consultant Live Earth 2010 and Live Earth India 2008, Festivals and Events consultant for Julie’s Bicycle (UK Creative Industries Climate Change Group), and Project consultant United Nations Music & Environment Initiative. She is a Director of GreenShoot Pacific.

Cameron Little
Cameron Little has almost two decades experience within the environment sector and has been providing sustainability support for the events industry for the last ten years. In addition to a BSc in Environmental Biology he has trained in Permaculture, Environmental Auditing, Occupational Health & Safety, and Workplace Training and Assessment. Cameron has extensive experience as a professional development trainer in these fields. He is director of Sustainability Systems & Services.

Tina Demetriou is an event professional (20 years), with over 10 years direct experience in the environment industry in various roles and forums. Tina’s expertise is in ‘community engagement’ and local government, having played a key organisational role in over 20 major festivals most of which have a sustainability, environment and community-engagement focus. Tina has extensive experience in managing environmental grant projects and programs. Her other forte and passion is working with Indigenous communities to forge a bridge between cultures within Australia and to capture Indigenous traditional knowledge regarding the environment and our place within it.

Ginny Stratton (North America)
Over the past six years Ginny, has applied her expertise in the design and delivery of sustainability management strategies to event and broadcast production. Since 2008, Ginny has worked with the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences to enhance the sustainability of the JUNO Awards. With her guidance, the 2011 JUNO Awards will be the first event series in Canada to attain compliance with the newly published Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standard in sustainable event management – CSA Z2010. Ginny is a member of the Technical Committee responsible for the development of CSA Z2010. She also sits on the Mirror Committee for Standard Council of Canada’s participation in the development of the ISO 20121 standard. She is country co-ordinator for the Sustainable Event Alliance in Canada. She is Director of Strategin Solutions and is Manager – Screen Services for GreenShoot Pacific in North America.

Jane Fullerton-Smith
Jane has over twenty years experience in the entertainment business. She is an actress, film, theatre and event producer. Jane has created the on line measurement and reporting system SEMS (Sustainable Entertainment Management System) www.semssolution.com. It is an electronic tool to manage, measure, and report events sustainability. Her area of expertise falls squarely in the development of systems and processes to monitor measure and manage. SEMS is incubated in Australia but currently being internationalized to be made available across the world. Jane is Vice President of the Sustainable Event Alliance so as to support practitioners interested in sustainable event management. She also sits on the Mirror Committee for Standard Australia’s participation in the development of the ISO 20121 standard. Jane is a Director of GreenShoot Pacific.
